STEPS course proves to be a hit

A third group has recently completed CEIS Ayrshire’s STEPS training course. The 4 -day programme is designed to support individuals identify their key skills and realise their true potential to step into the employment market. Some key areas of development and motivation include:

  • Stretching individuals comfort zones
  • Supporting them to manage personal change
  • Understanding and overcoming personal barriers
  • Encouraging individuals to set and achieve challenging goals
  • Identifying potential in others
