A Business Services Manager is assigned to every new client in Ayrshire and an assessment carried out to identify individual business needs. Upon completion of assessment, the Manager will meet with the client and present their findings as well as outline any necessary actions and signpost the client to resources for any additional support required in certain areas.
CEIS can offer support with health and safety regulations; signposting clients to fund/grant access; website design support; developing business plans; HR and legal support services, recruitment and training etc.
The Manager will work with the client to agree timelines for completion; prioritise any tasks identified and confirm a date for a follow up assessment/meeting. The Manager will continue to support the client with future requirements and recruitment needs.
