We offer end to end support to those seeking employment. Every new client participates in a one to one meeting with one of our advisors to establish their job goals, relevant skills, qualifications, training and to find out about additional support CEIS and our partners can provide to help achieve their goals.
In this meeting, the advisor will record key information and any actions that arise in the client activity form. The next step would be to outline an action plan for addressing any barriers that may prevent the client from gaining employment or any additional support required, including information on referrals to inhouse or external departments.
Clients can access a range of services from basic support such as help with updating a CV, interview techniques, enrolment in a training course or more specialist support with debt, substance abuse, personal budget management, including funding assistance for costs incurred while job seeking.
