The Results

A full productive program was developed to meet the group’s objectives including:

  • Urban visits to leading social enterprises in Glasgow
  • Attendance at Policy event with key members of Scottish Government
  • Attendance at Social Enterprise Policy and Practice: Scotland’s Annual Conference
  • Rural visits in Central Scotland to social enterprises engaging in agriculture, community ownership and asset transfer

Client Testimonial

“The support we received from CEIS on our Scotland programme was outstanding. They organised a strong and really varied visit and it was clear they have well established links and trust within the social enterprise sector, as they were able to facilitate last minute changes and have access to key, high profile people. I would highly recommend using their services in any capacity in the future”. Gemma Heard, Project Manager, Social Enterprise, British Council
