CEIS were recently selected as the preferred partner by British Council Korea to deliver an intensive training programme to 30 aspiring social entrepreneurs; coupled with an educational study visit to the UK for 18 of the group.

CEIS alongside affiliated UK partners Challenges Worldwide, Targeting Innovation, Social Enterprise Academy and Shujog, Singapore devised an innovative 3 day programme delivered at a residential training camp in Seoul, Republic of Korea from 25-28 March 2014. The young entrepreneurs displayed outstanding enthusiasm and were eager to put their theory into practice, tackling all tasks with deft skill and determination, keen to secure themselves a place on the UK study visit in June!

The study visit in June will enrich the learning from the training, allowing participants to leverage the UK’s social entrepreneurship expertise and experience with visits to London and Edinburgh.
