Social Enterprise Policy & Practice Conference

The first virtual Social Enterprise Policy & Practice Conference took place on Wednesday 2nd September. With recent events having been dramatically overtaken with the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no doubt the social enterprise sector, economy and wider society has been immensely impacted.

With organisations globally making the switch to digital, the conference was a key event in the sector’s calendar to focus on key themes, intrinsically-linked, for recovery; Wellbeing Economy, Climate Crisis and Community Wealthbuilding.

The event had a jam-packed programme full of great speakers, content, breakouts, networking and engagement opportunities to allow the sector to learn, share, engage and collaborate.

Thanks to event partners, Just Enterprise, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Government, Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF) and South of Scotland Enterprise, to all speakers for their contribution and to all delegates who attended and participated making this a truly engaging and dynamic event.

For those who didn’t make it along, you can view resources from the day including recordings, useful links and download speaker presentations.

Details on next year’s event will be available in due course.
