We believe there’s no other way for us to tackle the issues our society faces or build an inclusive economy unless we do it collaboratively, in a way that puts social value and social impact at the heart of what we do.
In this session, we’ll explore what does an inclusive economy look like, what and how can different forms of social enterprise support this?

To help build a more inclusive economy we need to ensure we have inclusive working practices that provide staff with strategic, operational and financial transparency and clarity.

In this session we’ll hear about models that are helping to build, strong, high-performing teams by empowering staff to make decisions and work flexibly to service clients and achieve their organisations’ objectives.
