CEIS Group reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel bookings if the terms and conditions have not been met. This includes the right to cancel bookings after payment has been made.
Bookings and payment must be made through Eventbrite. The price includes a non-refundable administration and booking fee. CEIS is not liable for any additional credit card or bank charges you may incur, or any exchange rate differences.
We are unable to accept any other method of payment. Once you have booked and paid for your ticket you will receive a booking confirmation email with a VAT invoice attached.
Card payment issues
CEIS is unable to assist with card payment issues as these are managed by Eventbrite and your bank.
If you are unable to attend the event anymore, you can transfer your ticket at no charge by logging in to your Eventbrite booking.

Early-bird – Discounted rate applied for bookings made prior to 31st July 2022
Standard – Charged at full rate from 1st August 2022
If you are no longer able to attend and do not wish to transfer your ticket to a colleague up until 30 days prior to the event start date you can automatically request a full refund through Eventbrite. No refunds will be eligible thereafter. NB CEIS is not liable to pay any Eventbrite transaction fees.
Recorded content must not be used for any other purposes other than individual personal/professional learning and it must not be distributed without CEIS’ permission.
Programme / information changes
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the programme content, speakers and/or timings. CEIS is not liable for any changes.
Speakers are responsible for the contents of their respective presentations. It is the policy of CEIS Group to give the fullest freedom to contributors / speakers to express their opinions. The opinions expressed do not necessarily represent the views of CEIS or its event partners and supporters.
