CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
This is a rare opportunity for an individual who is passionate and committed about economic inclusion and social impact to lead CEIS as our Group Chief Executive Officer.
We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong leadership, commercial and business skills who shares our values and who is capable of being a key figure in the Scottish social economy. The current CEO is remaining in the business as Director of International Enterprise and will assist with continuity and on-boarding.
Our CEO will lead a talented, motivated group of professionals to create a more inclusive economy by supporting our enterprise and communities, business finance, social research and employability services. CEIS aims to lead the market as a social enterprise with national and international impact while being an excellent employer and a sustainable business.
The successful candidate will build on the organisation’s strengths and bring innovative thinking and commercial best practice to enable the organisation to continue to grow and extend its reach.
Our CEO will work with the Boards of Directors in determining the future strategic direction of the organisation while leading and directing a professional team in delivering services of the highest quality. The CEO will guide the organisation through the challenges of working within a dynamic sector in a period of economic change. There are exciting opportunities ahead for all our services and this is a role with huge potential for the right candidate.
The salary for this role is circa £70K per annum dependent upon skills and experience. CEIS offers excellent terms and conditions, including industry leading family friendly policies and access to a group pension scheme.
