Communications Assistant via DWP Kickstart Scheme
Hours per week: 25
Duration: 6 months
Salary: Living Wage, as set by the Living Wage Foundation
Location: Remote / blended (We are all currently working from home due to COVID-19 restrictions. As restrictions ease we may ask you to meet or work from our Glasgow office a day or two per week)

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Communications Assistant to work across all areas of the CEIS Group, reporting into the Events & Marketing Manager and working with the marketing subgroup.
The successful candidate will lead on developing a marketing and communication plan to achieve our marketing objectives, in line with the budget and marketing strategy. They will engage with various colleagues across the business, working closely with those in marketing.
They will learn to work to deadlines, as an individual and as part of a team, become proficient in the use of online meeting tools Microsoft Teams; online design software, Canva and online survey software, SurveyMonkey. They will be given the responsibility to work autonomously whilst being well supported throughout their employment to make sure they get the most from the experience.
